How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad → tap your name → Subscriptions → ADHDScan → Cancel Subscription. You can also manage subscriptions directly in the App Store.

Why isn't the barcode scanner working?

Make sure you've granted camera access to the app. Go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera → ADHDScan and enable access. Hold the camera steady over the barcode and ensure the barcode is well-lit.

A food product isn't in the database. What do I do?

Our database is powered by Open Food Facts. If a product is missing, you can add it at openfoodfacts.org. It will appear in the app after the database updates.

How do I restore a previous purchase?

Open the app → tap the profile icon → tap "Restore Purchase". Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID you used when you originally subscribed.
